Bid name: Selection of the Contractor for the project of “enlargement, reconstruction and design development for wastewater treatment plants of the provinces /Bayan-Ulguu, Zavkhan, Uvs, Dornod and Gobisumber/” by turnkey contract.

The Ministry of Construction and Urban Development of Mongolia is receiving closed proposal from the companies of Poland who the “certification” is issued by the Ministry of Finance of Poland Republic, to contract to the project of “Enlargement, reconstruction and design development for wastewater treatment plants of provinces /Bayan-Ulgii, Zavkhan, Uvs, Dornod and Gobisumber/” by turnkey contract.
The bid selection process shall be held under the Law of Mongolia on procurement of goods, works and services with state and local fund and in Single-Stage: Single- Envelope bidding procedure.
This Request for Proposal is valid for 45 days from the date of the announcement.
Following requirements shall be met by the eligible bidders:
- Average sales for last three years or for 2015, 2016 and 2017 shall not be less than 30 percent of the bid price.
- Liquidity asset and the total sum of the obtainable loan: not less than the 30 percent of the bid price.
- Contracted as a general contractor for similar projects an amount of not less than 2) percent of the bid price for once at least for last three years or 2015, 2016 and 2017. Contracts and submission documents shall be attached.
Please kindly provide the bid security equal to the 2 /two/ percent of bid proposed price accompanied by the proposal.
Submit the proposals before 14 pm on 23rd of May 2018, via below address and the bidding shall be enclosed at 14:30 pm on 23rd of May 2018 in presence with the interested bidders.
